Best Plants for Bedroom Oxygen.

First of all, I am always careful about my deeper sleep. Since I am involved in remote jobs in my professional life, I have to support my team employees online most of the night and wake up late during the day. In this case, I add a few beneficial plants to my bedroom for a little more comfortable sleep along with pillows, bedding and lights that absorb the toxins in my room and provide fresh air at night and make my sleep more healthy.

In addition, Most studies have shown that adequate oxygen at night makes our sleep much more restful, refreshes our mental health and gives us a good morning.

In this post, I will share with you how I add the best plants for my bedroom oxygen and the plants not only enhance the beauty of my room but also provide me with a calming environment that is beneficial for both my physical and mental health.

The process of photosynthesis .

Not all plants on earth follow the same pattern of photosynthesis, many of them release oxygen as a byproduct and many release carbon dioxide. There are plants such as orchids, succulents and bromeliads that produce food in the presence of sunlight and release carbon dioxide through the process of photosynthesis. On the other hand, there are some plants like Money Plant, Areca Palm and Aloe Vera which take in carbon dioxide during the process of photosynthesis and release oxygen which is very beneficial for human health. Plants that give off carbon dioxide can limit the oxygen in your bedroom and disrupt your sleep.

Further, There is a process called Crassulacean Acid Metabolism (CAM) by which plants absorb energy from sunlight and make food by taking in carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen. Especially , I invite a touch of greenery almost everywhere in my home because the temperature, humidity and air quality of my home is completely different from that of my neighbors.
